Mid-City LA - Private Floor in Large Townhouse

Hi I live in a town house in Mid City LA with 2 other guys. We are all working professionals from the East Coast. We work in a handful of industries in Accounting, Advertising, and Entertainment. We keep it pretty quiet during the week and on weekends we tend to be out of the house during the day or at a local bar at night. We're looking for someone to fill another current roommates spot as he is moving in with a Girlfriend. The town house is in a great location only minutes from the 10 and not far from the metro. Being in mid city has its benefits and we are close to a lot of great places particularly Culver City and Hollywood. The town house itself is new and very very spacious with 4 floors. The room we are renting is on the 1st floor with its own private bathroom. The second floor hosts the living room and kitchen, the 3rd has 3 bedrooms and the roof has an amazing deck with great views of the city.
