Spacious room w/private bath and fireplace

Hi there! I am looking for the right person to share my peaceful 2-bedroom apartment in Westchester with! This is a perfect location for anyone who commutes to LAX regularly, as you can get to the airport from the apartment without getting on the 405 fwy. Not a requirement, just an advantage to those who travel or work near/at the airport.
You will get a beautiful large bedroom with high-ceilings, tons of built-in storage, a generous closet space, a full-attached bath with a tub and even a fireplace for the winter months ahead. Quite frankly, it is the best of the two-rooms in our apartment.
Beyond your room, you would also share the kitchen, living room and small dining space with me.
The kitchen is of relatively good size compared to most LA apartments. Plenty of counterspace, cabinets for storage above and below, oven and stovetop, marble counters, stainless steel sink, dishwasher...the only thing is the fridge is a bit small. I have all the kitchenware covered and many appliances that you are fully welcome to use, or bring your own.
Our living area is very breathable and spacious. French doors lead to a small patio and allow for plenty of natural light. We also have a fireplace in the living area, which makes it very cozy and inviting. Living room furniture will be taken by my current roommate so we would have to replace it together.
If you like to workout, I have a small but effective gym setup in the shared living area that includes a weight bench, over 280lbs of weight plates, a squat rack and bar. You are absolutely welcome to use the exercise equipment at any time.
We also have central AC and heating, which is a delight during the summer months. You also will share a tandem parking space with me if you have a vehicle. The parking garage is gated and covered and there is no additional parking fee. Utilities like gas and power as well as internet are not included in the rent. We can discuss these additional costs in person, but they are quite manageable.
Within walking distance is a 99c Store, Ralph's and CVS. Kenneth Hahn Park is a 5-10 minute drive from the apartment and Marina Beach is about a 15 minute drive.
Your roommate would be me, Audrey! I am a 29 year old female...I love horror, punk rock, thrifting, snowboarding and lifting weights, vintage and antique collectibles, reading, writing and playing piano. I keep to myself for the most part and have very few guests, I spend most of my time studying for my law degree and out delivering for food services to pay the bills. I take my role as your roommate very seriously and your comfort in our home is incredibly important to me. I take care of much of the cleaning and house chores and expect only that you would clean up after yourself. I am very friendly and easy-going and want my roommate to feel very comfortable addressing any concerns with me. My #1 rule is mutual respect!
I am vaccinated, however, I will not ask your vaccination status unless you choose to disclose it. It will not affect my decision.
