I'm moving out of my PRIVATE master bedroom in a 3 room condo with 2 cool roommates. They have been the coolest roommates ever! And BOTH of them are super tidy and clean. :)
Move in date - JULY 1st!
The place is amazing and has a ton of cool amenities, like an on-site FREE gym (think hotel gym), in-unit washer & dryer, hardwood floors throughout, quartz countertops, updated fixtures & appliances, balcony with couch seating and sunrise views!
The room is the master room, with lots of natural light, you can watch the sunset go down :) There is a lot of closet space, half of it is a walk-in, and two sliding mirror doors. Can easily fit a king bed with lots of room.
The rent is $1200/month. You'd take over my contract and can renew after it!
