Rent a Bedroom in Quiet 3 BR House in Westchester

We?re two female professionals, friendly, laid-back, and respectful. Both of us work hard and, therefore, value the peace and quiet of home. We?re looking for housemate, who is drama-free, reasonably neat, drug free, responsible, and who is as chill as we are. Basically, we have a nice, quiet, friendly, easy-going house. We like our neighbors and we value our sleep. Did I mention that we love peace and quiet? Yeah, it's kind of a big deal to us. There may be some occasional sports enthusiasm though :)

The bedroom is unfurnished in a house in Westchester with a shared a bathroom. The rest of the house is FULLY furnished. Washer/dryer, satellite TV, fiber internet, fully-fenced backyard and patio, with ample street parking (no restrictions). Easy access to 405, 105, and 90 freeways. Close to LAX, LMU, Playa Vista, Silicon Beach, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Culver City, and walking distance to groceries, some great restaurants and shops.

Room is available immediately. Rent is $960 a month + 1/3 utilities. A $700 deposit is due at move-in. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

We love our home and hope you do to, which is why we are asking for a commitment of 6 months or longer.
