The house is located in the center of Westchester, walking distance to 15+ restaurants, shopping center, near 405 freeway, LMU, OTIS, LAX, and close to Playa Vista, Marina del Rey, and Venice in a safe neighborhood.

I am a male professional in my 30's. I meditate, build art and outdoor projects, like to host dinner parties, go to Burning Man, and spend lots of time outdoors. You are free to have friends over. No pets.

Monthly Rent: $1,325, incl. all utilities and wifi. Month-to-month.
