The Space: This is a private 1 BR (photos attached) within a 3BR, 2.5 Bath. The apartment is around 2,000 square feet and has two floors. Upstairs there is a spacious open-floor living/dining room, outdoor patio, and kitchen with everything necessary to cook up a great meal. Downstairs is where you will find the three bedrooms. Laundry facilities are onsite. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the apartment itself has plenty of extra storage.

You will be sharing a full bathroom with one other person as the master bedroom has its own bathroom attached. Upstairs is where you will find the half bath.

The roommates: 1 man and 2 women, all in their late 20's and working professionals, along with the nicest border collie you have ever met! Two roommates work in entertainment and marketing, and the third is a mental health professional and personal trainer. This is a great and quiet space if you work from home, everyone is out and about most of the day, but we do like to get together from time to time!

About you: We just want to find someone kindhearted and respectful of their roommates!

The location: On Nebraska ave, right next to Sawtelle and Little Japantown. You will be within walking distance to all of the delicious eateries and excellent shops that Sawtelle has to offer. About a 5-10 minute drive to Westfield Century City and close to Santa Monica and the beach.

The lease: We are looking for someone to be added to the lease, it is a month-to-month lease that requires 30-days notice of move out or for you to fill the space if moving sooner. This is the perfect space if you seek flexibility and need a fun/quiet environment to call home.
