I enjoy keeping fit regularly and keeping life interesting day at a time! My current roommate who was fantastic has purchased his own home hence why he is moving out.

Your Room:

You will be taking one of the two bedrooms and the accompanying bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Both will be privately yours. Bedroom can come furnished (negotiable).

The apartment is very clean and minimal. I am absolutely happy with my new roommate embracing the entire apartment as a shared home and giving it their own character. I am open to decor improvements/additions.

Also included within total rent:

Your own parking space in the private attached subterranean garage.

Requirements/notes:

Deposit required plus first month rent in advance.

Proof of income; either paystubs, employee letter or bank guarantee. References welcome. If neither available, I would require the duration of the lease to be paid in full.

Rent paid at the start of each month promptly - either via Venmo or direct bank transfer

If a smoker, this is permitted on the balcony.
