Hi, Looking for a roommate and someone to rent out the second bedroom in my cozy West LA Apartment. Location: (West of the 405, North of the 10 freeway, Santa Monica blvd x Wilshire BLVD x Bundy) 2 miles from UCLA, and 25 Blocks from Santa Monica Pier.

I need to have this unit rented my APRIL 1st 2021. This is a great and a recently refurbished apartment.

The entire unit has wood flooring and the kitchen has granite countertops, Oven/range, dishwasher, full fridge etc. The apartment as a whole is furnished, ***You will be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom.

Nearby stores: There is a Ralphs and a Target within 2 blocks, additionally several restaurants and bars close by.

There is on-site laundry machines, parking in the back of the complex. This unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Looking for at least a 6+ month commitment and hopefully someone who wants to stay longer.
The ideal applicant is between 25-40 years old and is working full time.
