Room is $1200 plus utilities bi-monthly and internet monthly.

I have lived here for 3 years. Give me a call to come by and check it out in person. Nights and weekends are best for me as I work. No party monsters. I am a 31 year old male who works during the week and don't want a roommate who is going to be loud late at night during the week. Weekends do whatever you want. Also be ready to help clean the house often I like to keep it tidy.
