Nice cozy bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment

I am a young professional who works in downtown and I am usually at work during the week. I am quiet for the most part but have friends over once in a while (over the weekends).
My soon to be previous roommate is also a professional who is moving to Chicago. We got along very well, however as we both were really busy we did not get the chance to hang out a lot.

I am looking for someone who is also a professional and has a steady paycheck. Someone who is respectful and quiet during the week. That being said, I don't mind you have friends over as long as you are reasonable and appropriate about hours and your act.

There are two bathrooms in the house and one will belong to you. Living room and kitchen is furnished but your room is not.
