At a walking distance of Trader Joes, cafés, bars and restaurants, boutiques/Melrose, comedy clubs, movies, the hills and much more fun.
The room is huge and the bathroom is also really spacious. It is currently furnished as in the photos, but if you have your own furniture I can empty it.
Laundry is right in front of the apartment inside the building and costs $1 per wash. There’s the option to use the building gym for $25/month. It has a Peloton bike, treadmill, and all the weight machines you can think of.
There’s a car parking spot available.
