Single Room Available in Hollywood

Hi! I’m Cordi, I have 3 cats and I’m super friendly and love to meet new people!

The room is facing the apartment next door, and you can see the Hollywood sign and the sunset out the windows!

It’s a 5 minute walk from Hollywood forever, there is a strip mall with a Starbucks, a couple fried chicken places, and a beauty supply! Far enough from the strip so it’s not crazy, but close enough there is fun stuff to go do. Residential Hollywood vibes!

Now about me! I’m very easy going, funky fresh, you might say. I have three very friendly cats! Two adults and one kitten. I value honesty, transparency, and communication in the people I surround myself with. This is no different with a roommate! Above all I am looking for someone to share my home with.

I am not the neatest person, if you remind me to clean up and we work together to keep the apartment clean I imagine everything would run smoothly!

I have a lot of creative interests, I always have a new project going on. I would love a lgbtq roommate, but it’s not a deal breaker. I myself am lgbtq, and so are the people I surround myself with!

I have 3 cats, I’m willing to bring another 1 other cat into the home if we facilitate a meeting between our pets. Unfortunately any other animal wouldn’t work in the apartment.

There is also a loft and a rather large deck. I am planning to redecorate the loft, deck, and living room upon the arrival of a new roommate! I would love to plan together.
