Great old 1912 craftsman house. Small 100 sq ft bright furnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom house with 2 shared bathrooms 1 off bedroom. House is quiet, clean, centrally located in friendly neighborhood walk/bike distance to shops. Must have limited possessions or willing to rent storage.
Necessary requirements:
Must be a quiet, responsible, considerate, clean, and respectful. Ecologically minded and energy conscience. We are in a serious drought.
Must Recycle, No long showers, over use of W/D, leaving lights on, ect.
