Master bedroom w/ ensuite in WEHO

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for a young, female roommate for a beautifully renovated large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat located in West Hollywood available Feb 1st. Available is the master bedroom so, comes with a very large closet, private ensuite bathroom and vanity area. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) with a balcony facing a beautiful view of the hills, natural sunlight pouring in throughout the day. There is gated/ underground parking, laundry on every floor, and communal patio. The building itself has been newly renovated as well, with a brand new elevator, new landscaping, paint, light fixtures, carpets etc. The kitchen and living room is furnished.

About myself: I am in my early 20's and work at a jewelry store in Beverly Hills, (although we are closed during this Covid crisis). I grew up partly here in Los Angeles and partly in London and love to travel. I consider myself pretty active, tidy and clean. I am an animal lover and have spent the past year in and out of fostering both puppies and older dogs. I have my own Goldendoodle named Charlie who has sleepovers multiple times a week at different family members' homes. I am a pretty sociable girl (when there's no pandemic) and always enjoy having a good night out but am not ever one to bring the party home and keep the two very separate, especially during the covid era.

Ideally you are someone who works full time at work- not home (when there's no pandemic) and who will respect our home space; cleaning/tidying up after themselves, consideration of others (and their schedules) when it comes to noise, careful when inviting guests, helping with weekly chores around the house, etc. If you are someone who likes to frequent places like 1oak and/or Hyde and think you're the girl to land and stick G-eazy and "make it" in LA, then keep scrolling. If you are someone who knows better and want to exercise your right in not wearing a face mask when in public then please keep scrolling, I have family members as well as myself who could be at risk so must be taking COVID seriously!


I am ultimately looking for a chill, clean/tidy, mindful girl to share my beautiful home with. I love to hang out and watch movies & tv, pig out with a glass of wine and/or in the evenings so looking for someone who is interested in doing the same!


Pets will be considered upon extensive review. Your pet will have to be extremely well trained, well behaved, and quiet. Must be friendly to dogs.
