Sizable Bedroom in WeHo $1,150 a month

Hey there!

My roommate is going home due to COVID, so I’m taking over the lease for a year. Ready for move in December 1st!

I have an open bedroom in a 1100 square foot apartment in West Hollywood, right by the Charlie Hotel. Walking distance to Melrose place and all of Santa Monica Blvd’s WeHo district. The unit is in the back, so very quiet. It’s a two bedroom, one bath, with an extra room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom. Pictures you see are taken by management, I can do virtual tours if you’re interested.

Our unit comes with two parking spots (one garage, one outside space), and there are plenty of options for street parking.

App-based Laundry downstairs for the building, easy to use.

About me: I’m a 24 year-old guy who works in the Film/TV/Commercial industry. Originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, I came out here in 2018 for work. Now, normally I’d be away at the office and the gym for most of the day, but due to COVID I’m working from home. I’m real easy going, and down for anything.

Normally I love to travel but sorta stuck locked down these days. I’m into movies, sports, video games, cooking, etc. I like to keep up to date on current events, and enjoy great conversation.

Utilities not included, but unless it’s the summer they aren’t usually more than 100-150 a month.

Couples are ok, but price will be different. We can discuss if interested.

No drugs, and no parties during COVD. Also no loud music. I like to keep the apartment clean; I’m not a jerk about it but just be respectful. As for COVID, again I’m not a jerk about it but again...be respectful.

No pets, but I am open to discussion.
