Seeking a clean, quiet and responsible roommate to share a two bedroom two bathroom, newly renovated apartment in West Hollywood. The apartment is in a fantastic location with LA Fitness, Ralphs, Trader Joes, Target and Best Buy all within walking distance. As well as some great local bars and restaurants. You will have the master bedroom with an en suite for yourself. You will have a large mirrored closet and lots of additional storage. The apartment is an open plan and has big windows allowing lots of natural light.
The complex has a safe and secure entrance with cameras viewed by the Building Manager. We have laundry on site operated by an App making it super convenient and you will have access to one large parking space included within the monthly rent price. This can be rented out to other tenants if you do not have a need for it. The apartment has a patio that has a lovely view of Runyon Canyon which is often used while enjoying drinks during the weekend. Outgoing mail services are also provided. Unfortunately no pets will be allowed.

About me:
Early 30s, fitness forward, employed by one of the leading entertainment streaming service companies. My daily routine normally consists of an early morning workout, leaving the house by 9:30 for work until 6:30, heading home for dinner, studying, bedtime and repeat. I take pride in keeping a clean environment and making guests feel at home. My work can be a little stressful sometimes so please do not take offense if I don?t solizeize everytime when I return from work. I have lived in this apartment over a year now and still feel lucky I was able to find such a gem.

About you:
Late 20?s/early-mid 30?s, clean & tidy, willing to share a chill and peaceful home for us both to feel proud of and comfortable in. Someone who is looking for somewhere to call home for a longer rather than shorter time. Drinking is completely fine and sometimes encouraged, however smoking of any kind will not be tolerated in the apartment.

Rent & Bills:
The master bedroom + gated parking space + water + trash will be $1400.
WIFI & Electric are additional.
Move in date is September 15th - the complex has an elevator to make for an easy move in day and I am more than happy to help lift, carry and build.
