Private Room in 3br/2ba WeHo Apartment

Hi guys! We are looking for a young, professional female to fill our third private bedroom in our lovely second floor West Hollywood apartment. Your room is large with lots of natural lighting and a big closet. It is currently furnished but we can definitely remove any/all of the furniture if you don't like/need. You will be sharing a bathroom with me, a 26-year-old female professional. I clean everything about once a week and prefer someone who is pretty low-maintenance, much like me. Shared spaces include a large living room, balcony, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances, a large fridge and dishwasher. The room comes with a parking spot in the back of the building but there is also plenty of street parking if you prefer that. Located close to all the action on Melrose Ave and the weekly farmer's market, the neighborhood is rather quiet and calm. The building has on-site laundry, a pool and controlled-access entry. No pets unfortunately. Contract is for at least 6 months.
