While living with me you can expect respect, privacy and cleanliness. I am a professional who works full time with a varied work schedule. I live here with my dog Nacho who is super cute, friendly and fun. You can make your own experience in the Condo; you will have privacy and space. If you'd like to converse and build rapport with me and hang out from time to time I am up for that.

Your personal space is a private bedroom connected by a 99% private hallway. I might periodically enter the hallway to access closet space.

The space is super quiet and comfortable, a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. You may also enjoy amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym( depending on COVID), library and conference room.

The best part of the neighborhood is its walkability and proximity to shops, restaurants and most of West Hollywood's main events such as the Halloween Carnival, Gay Pride Parade and AIDS Walk. It’s also walkable to all the main bars in West Hollywood.
