This is a very private single family home with 2 private and gated yards in the best party of West Hollywood.
The home is one block off of the world famous Sunset Strip and an 8 minute walk from Santa Monica Blvd. This is a very safe neighborhood with free street parking (permitted for residents).
You can walk to the gym, shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife!
Walking Distance to Soho House, The Rainbow, The Roxy, The Whiskey, Pump, Sur and Tom Tom Club. Also on the border of Beverly Hills and close to Cedars Sinai.
You have your own private bathroom and a bedroom with a huge king size bed
There is also a shared living room, newly updated kitchen, and two super nice yards to enjoy a cup of coffee in or just relax. Even though the home is right near the world famous Sunset Strip the home is super quiet and peaceful.
Street parking is included with a parking pass but if you don't have a car my neighborhood has a "85% Walking Score" which means you can walk to markets, restaurants, nightlife.
Buses run just blocks from my house so it is VERY easy to get around.
The house has fast wireless internet, cable tv, dishwasher, washer and dryer and hot tub.

About me: I'm a mature over 40 female. I'm friendly but we don't have to be buddies. I'm respectful and considerate. I'm super clean and expect you to be too.
I have a 26 pound non shedding super sweet dog.
I work from home so my perfect roommate would be someone who has job out of the house.
