IDEAL LOCATION! Large bed/bath inside a 2+2 apt located on Hollywood blvd west of fairfax. The apartment has wood flooring throughout, large bedrooms, lots of closet space and storage, a nice floor plan for roommates, and is nice and bright! Laundry is on site and the apartment is a 5min walk to Trader Joes, CVS, and Crunch Gym. The building is small, quiet, cute, and well maintained :)


ABOUT ME:

I am a professional and responsible person that is pretty laid back. I keep a COVID FREE environment (lol) and I like to keep a nice home that's neat/clean/sanitary. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to finding a roommate because the most important thing is finding the right person. I'd like to find someone that will treat the apartment, as well as each other, with respect and kindness :)

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

A non-smoking and responsible/professional roommate that is respectful of the space. This sublet is for a minimum of 1 year but I may give consideration to 6mo.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

You will have your own private FURNISHED (can deliver unfurnished as well) bedroom with a private full bathroom and a big closet. Parking is available. You also have full use of the rest of the apartment. Your half of the rent will be $1,395 + utilities that will be split (i. e. internet, electric, gas - cost based on usage + a cleaning lady that comes once per month to keep the place sanitary).
