Room available is a converted den, quiet and great for sleeping, decent size, TV, full sized bed with eco foam mattress, dresser/desk, private bathroom. Central heat and AC.

Share with a professional female who is more or less invisible. Works a lot (entertainment) and is mostly in her room working/sleeping when home + spends 3x week on west side. Friendly, respectful, clean, happy to get out for a glass of wine or local restaurant (we have the best - and i know the affordable ones).

Set back from street, view of green and sunlight (elevated first floor) with balcony. Rare area that has good street parking right in front.

Looking for professional female ideally who is friendly, mature, clean, has a job. Looking for just one roommate, not two, please.
