We invite you to join our new shared apartment, located just off Santa Monica Blvd. in the heart of West Hollywood!

We are the owners of the apartment and invite you to come experience co-living firsthand. The apartment currently has two housemates, awaiting another to share their LA experience together!

This huge three bedroom, two bath apartment has been renovated and furnished with modern style:

- New cabinets, quartz countertops, and tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms
- Modern wood plank flooring throughout the living and bedrooms spaces
- Brand new furnished living and dining room areas
- Stocked kitchen with tableware and kitchenware, ready for home cooks
- Brand new 65" Smart TV in living room
- Brand new beds, nightstands, and dressers in the private bedrooms
- Brand new Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses
- Dishwasher, A/C and Heat, Laundry on-, Parking

The private bedroom is available for one person and shares a bathroom with one other housemate.

Our co-living fee of an additional $150/mo includes:

- All utilities (no need to worry about how to split bills with your housemates!)
- High speed internet and WiFi
- Monthly cleaning service of shared areas of the apartment

We are committed to incorporating our tenants' opinions and concerns in the application process. In addition to our own application process, our tenants will be able to join the process to ensure compatibility with anyone they will be sharing the space with!
