Large private bedroom and bath in WeHo

Large room and bath in nice West Hollywood located apartment. Apartment is modern and up to date with nice kitchen and large common living space.

I have a super cute small hypoallergenic dog named Olive who would enjoy company as she is used to my current roommate working from home the last 2+ years. She is a cuddler and loves attention but also will be independent if you want nothing to do with her!

The location is great tons of things to do within walking distance. The pool is on the cold side but that doesn?t stop me from enjoying it in summer months!

I am no drama and will communicate any issues I have when they happen. I?m easy going and am more than willing to meet in the middle on pretty much everything outside of AC temp (I can?t sleep with it hotter than 70 so that?s not something I can compromise on) I only ask for mutual respect, understanding and good communication so problems can be resolved vs building up.

I am a professional and work m-f typically getting home by 4pm. I would love it if we could be friends and have movie/game nights or random outings but that is not a requirement. I am very flexible in being a loner or social whichever suits the occasion/person.

I smoke but not inside the apartment. I drink daily but more as a way to unwind and watch some TV than to get wasted.
