I'm a busy entertainment professional and I'm hardly ever home. Even when I'm home, I'm usually busy writing in my own room. I value my and other people's privacy and emotional comfort, and looking for someone who values the same. The condo is well maintained, clean and tidy, so please help me keep it the same.
As a live-in landlady, I'm looking for a female tenant. I expect no parties, no overnight staying guests, no smoking, no drugs, no street shoes in-door.
