Looking for someone or a couple to fill the huge master bedroom in our house. Plenty of space to make your own living space, office space, and still fit a King size bed.
About the house - 4k sq ft luxury home in West Hills with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms that has all a lot of amenities. It has an oasis style backyard with pool, hot tub, wading pool, waterfall, built in BBQ system, and a covered area.
Inside the home there is stone flooring throughout the downstairs, large kitchen with lots of counter space, a wet bar, a large living room with a 75” tv perfect for football, and a half bath. Upstairs is 4 of the bedrooms including one used as an office, and the washer and dryer.
About the room - The room is huge and includes 2 large walk in closets and a master bath. All together well over 600 sq ft. The room itself is 30 ft long and well over 17 ft wide with a light grey hardwood flooring and lots of windows. It has 2 ceiling fans and lots of windows to bring in natural light.
About the room mates - We are three guys who have lived together for over 3 years and get along great. We are between 31-41, have careers, love to travel, and two are avid surfers. We are low drama and get along great.
All utilities are split evenly per person (WiFi/cable, LADWP, gas) or are included in rent (landscaping, pool maintenance).
