One other occupant in the house (me), a 36 year-old guy with no pets and a very stable life. Current roommate moving out because he found a closer apartment to his job. Very large living room and kitchen (pics included) with large private patio in back. Third bedroom is a weight/workout room with dumbbells and a squat rack that you're welcome to use (having an in-house gym was a godsend during the 2020 quarantine).

Most importantly, private off street parking in (non-tandem) garage. And tons of storage space. There is also a private washer/dryer inside the unit.

The area is very residential, walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and The Americana.

You would have to be comfortable submitting to a financial and background check for the landlord. Landlord is also a very agreeable person.
