One (1) private room in this beautiful new house (newly built in Dec 2016, not just renovated)
Perfect credit needed, must pass credit check with landlord.

-One room available beginning August 1st; You can discuss with the Landlord on specific a later start date in August
-in West Adams, conveniently located near the Metro Expo line, I-10, Crenshaw, and La Brea
-$1275/mo per room, *utilities not included, shared by head count
-Large closet with sliding mirror doors
-House cleaner comes every two weeks, paid by landlord (or say included in the rent)
-Super fast internet
-Large, flat screen Samsung smart TV in every room, including the kitchen
-Gated, ample privacy
-Share a bathroom with another room
-Large kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge; we have coffee machine, rice cooker, and a grill out in the yard that you are welcome to use)
-Two outdoor areas (firepit perfect for s'more, dining table over deck)
-Must be relatively tidy
-Must be respectful and willing to converse with housemates about problems that may arise
-Rooms are unfurnished, except the TV.
