Bedroom in a Sunny WeHo apartment

Hello people! I?m looking for new roommate for June 1st. The place is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in West Hollywood. Its in a beautiful historic building on Fountain Ave near La Cienega. Rent is 1100 with a 1000 deposit. 1 year lease. You would get the smaller bedroom but its still pretty big. The current roomie just has a bed and dresser in there but a small couch and desk would fit too. The dining room and kitchen look out over a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. The bathroom has cool tile from the 20s. It also has a shower and separate tub. I currently just use the tub to store giant packs of TP, but it works! I call it a 2 bedroom because I use the living room as my bedroom, so theres no shared living room. The kitchen is adorable! The original gas stove is still in there and it works great and looks really cool! Its next to a new stainless steel side by side fridge. There is also a new dishwasher! Theres plenty of street parking with zone passes from city hall, which is right down the street. There is a garage spot but I use it and pay more of the rent for it. Theres laundry in the building too.
About me: I work a lot of nights and come in sort of late but I?m generally really quiet. I don?t own a tv or stereo so I really don?t make a lot of noise. I tend to make a mess in the kitchen and leave dishes in the sink. Call me out on it a few times and it?ll happen less frequently. Very friendly and I know most of the Saucy delivery people a little too well. I am not a good influence but I?m fun!
About you: GAINFULLY EMPLOYED. The landlord will do a background check on you and call your employer. I pay the landlord and you pay me THE WEEK BEFORE rent is due. Its due on the first but I pay it 5 days early. I would appreciate someone not as messy as I am. No drama. If you have a problem with drama or if anyone has ever call you dramatic or if you have ever stirred the pot, please stay the hell away. Oh, also someone quiet. Its an old building with thin walls (and I like quiet) so no loud music, no instruments, no big parties and no yelling or loud voices. Also no children. Other than that, I really get along with anyone. Well behaved dogs welcome. No cats.
