About the House;
We are extending our huge 8 bedroom luxurious property to aid those that are making a move to transition for short term or long term rental needs with hope and prosperity. For your convenience, there are multiple kitchens and decks (smoking is allowed on all decks). Rooms are offered as shared rooms and or private rooms to accommodate everyone?s budget.
Non private rooms; $325.00 and Private Rooms; $715.00 (per week)
The 1st Floor:
This newly remodeled 1st floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with their own private decks. This home boasts great rooms with dark hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and designer-decorated Chef?s kitchen, beautiful and private outdoor entertaining areas. There are flat screen TVs in every room, multiple fireplaces, laundry washer/dryer, Jacuzzi bathtubs, a 6 person inflatable Jacuzzi tub on the outside, wireless internet, and satellite, HDTV, wood floors, patio decks, and private outdoor areas with barbecues. In addition to the front yard and side yard there is a large backyard cabana as well.
The 2nd Floor:
Combining modern and traditional elements, the 2nd floor sits 4 feet above 1st floor house hence creating a soundproof barriers with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has access to its own deck for contemplation, view and relaxation. There are multiple windows, large sliding doors and skylights making for an incredibly airy feeling. The beautiful open space kitchen area comes with a custom island/dining table for 8 people connecting you to multiple decks with stereo speakers, picnic bench and barbecue for your outdoor dining pleasure. There is an extra-large rooftop deck with endless views, outdoor furnishings, a 6 person inflatable Jacuzzi tub and a fire pit. This home features high ceilings, laundry washer/dryer, and a gorgeous master suite that has a fireplace, Jacuzzi bathtub, private deck and much more!
? The home is set up similar to a four star hotel meaning just bring your tooth brush however supplies are limited. The rental home at time does have some supplies, but the owner does not guarantee a full stock. Guests might need to provide their own bathing soaps/cleaning supplies/paper products. The 99cent store across the street is the most inexpensive place to purchase supplies needed.

?Quiet hours as of 10pm, until 8am means turn your phone to vibrate and whisper
?No visitors allowed (unless approved with management) and everyone must be registered with only these exception; Master Suites master suites are allowed one overnight guest per week and there will be a $20.00 fee applied for all overnight says over the one per person allowance. For double occupancy agreements, there will be an additional 20% increase to the rate.
No drugs, excessive inebriation, or public nudity.
Monthly cleaning fee: To be determined on a case by case basis.
As you are immersed in our amazing and luxurious Venice Beach getaway, just outside within 300 ft of walking distance, we have the Whole Foods Market of Venice Beach! A collection of all things good rife with custom butchers, scratch bakers and certified cheese mongers you?ll be sure to see a cameo at this least gentrified of L. A. locations. From the beach bums, circus freaks to the occasional run-ins with the local and famous that shop here, seeing the likes of the Lindsay Lohans and Scarlett Johanssens that frequent this flagship destination is a daily occurence. This upscale grocery store is popular to the local famous such as Tim Robbins, Magic Johnson, Demetri Martin and many others. Seeing Robert Downey Jr. bicycling through the Venice streets is also one of the many norms that happens around our wonderful spot. If you need all of the usual and basic items, Right next to the Whole Foods is the 99 cent store(for your inexpensive necessities) and a CVS that everyone inhabits here, a good place to get your prescriptions if need be. Venice?s famous ?Baby Blues BBQ? is just down a couple blocks if you need some delicious ribs.
Themed restaurants tend to come and go over the years as trends shift (Magic Restroom Cafe, we?re looking at you!) but thankfully one Mexican seafood restaurant in Venice has proven to be the exception to that rule. Decked out from floor-to-ceiling with memorabilia from the classic 1942 film starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, Lincoln Blvd?s Casablanca has earned generations of loyal customers since it?s 1980s opening. And while the kitschy decor is certainly a big part of the restaurant?s charm, what keeps crowds coming back are the freshly made flour tortillas and a friendly crew that has worked there for decades. Best part of all of this is Casablanca is only seconds of a walk away from our property!
Step outside of our wonderful property and hop in an Uber/Lift, take a 5 minute drive west and you will find the legendary Venice Beach in all of its glory. Walk or ride a bicycle on the promenade, soak in the sun and breathe in the air and spirit of where the Dogtown and Z boys skateboard culture was born, where rock stars of past and present have frequented for inspiration and where the free minds love to hang. All along the Venice strand you will see a Los Angeles culture clash like a living and breathing Jackson Pollack painting. Arrive at Gold?s Gym where you will see Arnold Schwarzenegger along with Magic Johnson and hundreds of movie stars and athletes frequenting about. From the famous drag of Abbot Kinney, boasting mom and pop styled chic clothing stores that the famous go to update their fashions, to the famous 3rd Street Promenade of Santa Monica, our home is right in the middle of all of it!
Deciding to go the distance? Travel north along the coast and you?ll find yourself in Malibu where the film crews are always at work and have used this site as a backdrop to thousands of films. After each day of your stay, you?ll always need to come to a place to fully enjoy all of the comforts of modern architectural brilliance and relaxation and our place definitely provides that!
