I a 50 year old female live in the home with my 18 year old son now. He is very active and busy and I work from home full time. We have a small dog, and outdoor turtles.
The home is in a safe neighborhood, plenty of street park right in front of home, and a gated cozy back yard. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, just let me know what you prefer. You will be sharing a bathroom with my son. You will full access to the rest of the house as your own. Laundry is on site, some storage space in garage if needed.
I would prefer someone who works outside the home, but I know with Covid some may be temporarily remote. Im flexible so definitely reach out either way.
