Abbot Kinney Room In 3 Bedroom Apartment

Looking for a roommate to fill the 3rd room in 3 bedroom apartment on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, just off of Washington Blvd. Walking distance from great shops and restaurants, the Venice Canals, and Venice Beach.

Spacious apartment with large living room, and great kitchen with gas stove.
Apartment has a master bedroom and 1 bathroom in the living space, so bathroom is shared with just one other person.

The available room is very large, enough to comfortably fit a king-size bed, a desk, a tv etc.
There is lots of closet space and extra storage on site.
There is a side patio between the available room and master bedroom.
The room has a ceiling fan for when it is hot, and a wall heater for when it is cold.
Bed and dresser in photos can be kept and used if desired, if not they can be removed.
Coin / App operated washer and dryer are on site, and there are also hookups in the unit for a stackable washer and dryer should you already own and would like to bring.
There is always plenty of street parking in this area.

We are located on Abbot Kinney Blvd. between Venice Blvd. and Washington Blvd., so just a 5 minute walk from all of the shops and restaurants, and just far enough from the all of the foot traffic to afford some peace and quiet.

We are currently two guys in our late 20's living here. Both of us are normally very active with work, so do not spend too much time at home.
We like to keep the communal spaces clean and organized, and share the duties of deep cleaning, taking out garbage etc.
We do not have any pets, but friends sometimes bring furry friends over, and we are open to a cat, unfortunately the building does not allow dogs to live here.

Looking for someone who is comfortable sharing a living space and helping maintain its cleanliness, who has an active work schedule, and is comfortable with occasional gatherings of friends etc.

This is all when the climate is normal. At this time we are very much respecting the quarantine, and practicing social distancing. One of us has been spending the quarantine at girlfriends home, and is currently hardly here at all.

Must be able to show proof of consistent income.
First months rent and a deposit of 1 months rent due on or before move-in day.
Room available now, move-in between now and 1st of month will be pro-rated by the day.
