Available now: Private Room in Venice

My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill a vacancy in our 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment. You would have your own private individual room and share a bathroom with one of us.

Rent is $1080 (month to month) with a $700 deposit. You would split the electric/internet/gas bill with us, which alternates between approx. $30 and $60 a month (power bill is bimonthly).

The neighborhood is off Venice Blvd and residential neighborhoods. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of street parking and an overall safe and quiet area. We are located in Venice, right by Costco and Venice High School, just miles from the 405 and the beach. We are a short bike ride or drive to Santa Monica, Culver City, and anywhere in Venice.

We need a roommate who is clean organized, responsible, and considerate. We are two males in our 30s; one gay and one straight. We tend to do our own thing but are friendly and want you to feel like this is home. We keep the kitchen and shared spaces pretty clean. We are very easygoing and respectful of each other’s space and property.
