Master Bedroom + Private Bath (No Electric Bill)

Hello!

I am a current tenant living in a beautiful home in Van Nuys. The landlords assigned me to rent out the rest of the available rooms. We currently have 3 available bedrooms.

2 bedrooms + shared bathroom= $1,450 each
(1 of the bedrooms is available starting July 1st, and the other August 1st)

1 Master bedroom with private bathroom= $1,650

Since it is a house, private garage is available for $50 a month as there is only room for two cars!

This house runs on solar so there is no power bill. Yay! We can use the AC as much as we'd like during the hot summer for no cost! Internet, Gas, and water will be split 4 ways by all roommates. (It shouldn't be much).

First and last month's rent is the deposit. (You will get it all back when/if you move out without causing any damages)

Must be okay living with a cute hypoallergenic dog. :) He does not shed and is super friendly..

The bedroom that I'm advertising for is in the photos and the other rooms are similar to the master but slightly smaller.

We have our own washer and dryer in the house. We have our own little fenced in private yard as well!
