Priv. Bedroom good for young student/professional

1 Private Bedroom in a 2br, 1.5ba 900 sq foot townhouse in Van Nuys. Shared upstairs bathroom, with guest bathroom downstairs.

Utilities are approx $130/mo, or less.

Covered parking spot in gated garage, Laundry on site.

Shared space is furnished with a couch, big TV. Full kitchen.

Looking for someone relaxed, pleasant to be around. Someone nice, respectful, sociable, friendly, and very good at communicating.

SMALL dogs that get along with other dogs and people are considered! I sometimes dogsit for my mom, she is a cocker spaniel and the sweetest thing but is kind of nervous around bigger dogs.

Cats are fine too! However, I prefer people with only one animal.

I don't smoke too often though. Not OK with cigarette smokers.

Would be great to live with someone I could be friends with!

About me: I'm a full-time, online student with a (very part-time) job. I like finding new places to eat, going to museums/art events, food events, music festivals. On nights out I'll go bar hopping, dancing or shopping. For my nights in sometimes I'll play video games (I'll have my own TV upstairs too if you want to use the living room), or watch some TV (Ozark, Friends, The Office, True Crime, KUWTK, Chopped to name a few!) with some wine.

I am vegetarian for the most part so prefer someone who is as well, or at least a meat eater who rarely cooks themselves.
