Hello everyone!

2 Roomies (1 Male + 1 Female) are seeking a new 3rd Roomie!
We are two easy going 30 somethings, actively working in the industry pursuing our dreams. We both keep somewhat rigorous work schedules as of late, and if you are concerned that three is a crowd...don’t be! You will always be able to have time to yourself in the space. We are ideally looking for a 6 month commitment, but we are flexible on that as we are very aware in the sudden changes of LA life. We are smoker friendly, but please do so on the balcony. LGBTQ Friendly.

Here's the scoop:

-Move in December 1st, 2021
-It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Valley Village
-I currently have 1 Unfurnished bedroom with a shared bathroom available (w/male roomie)
-There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
-Balcony and Fireplace
-You would have your own parking spot in a garage
-Kitchen has fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven & stove
-The unit is close to both the 170 and 101 fwys off of Laurel Canyon
-The rent is $1050.00 + utilities
-You’d also have to pay $1050.00 deposit for either last month’s rent or returned~
-Must be able to provide verifiable income and or proof of employment
-Please be COVID Cautious, Vaccinated Preferred
