We, Benny and Edgar, live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apt. in Valley Village (12450 MIranda St.) The master bedroom will be available Jan 1 2021. The bedroom has its own bathroom, 3 sinks, good storage, and balcony. it's about 470 sq ft including bathroom and hall/closet area.
Apt is 1730 sq ft. 2 floors. Has an out door patio area surrounded by plants, great for entertaining. Living room, dining room, and kitchen. The washer and drier in the master bedroom bathroom, which all of us use. So we just communicate when its ok to do laundry.
I, Benny, am 41. I am a VFX/3D artist working for Stoopid Buddy Stoodios in Burbank. currently working form home. I am quit nerdy guy. Board games, video games, Animation, ect. I have a friendly black cat.
