3 Bd. 1.5 bath-Looking for 3rd Roommate

Hello,

My roommate and I are looking to fill the third bedroom in our apartment in a nice quiet Valley Village neighborhood. Valley Village is located near North Hollywood and Studio City. We are two professionals in our 30's and 40's and would like to have a roommate with a similar background who is mature. We clean the apartment on a weekly basis and would expect the roommate to help out as well. We do not want pets or smokers (including weed).

Utilities are separate and cost around $30-$100 extra a month depending upon usage.

*This room is only available for up to a year. Short-term rentals of 3 months or more are welcomed.
