Looking for female roommate for a small 2 bedroom house in Van Nuys, no shared walls! So cute and gets great light. It’s on a main road but still feels so peaceful and pretty quiet! Rent is $975 per month + utilities.

Must be cool with the animals living here (they are the sweetest) and agree not to smoke inside (there’s a nice lil private front sitting area).

I’m a musician who is home a lot and I do work on music but usually not loud at all. I'm quiet, chill and love people but also love to decompress!
