There are many restaurants and grocery/shopping spots around the area. You are also close to South Torrance, Del Amo, and Lomita. Close to the 110 fwy and 405 fwy. Very quiet neighborhood.
I will be vacating the place by the end of December. If interested, the current roommates will want to meet with you before any lease agreements are signed; I had to do the same thing before I moved in. Any questions, let me know :)
