2 Rooms Available in House near Downtown Torrance

We are looking to rent one of two rooms in our three bedroom home. Both of these rooms have a shared bathroom, so you will share the bathroom if we get both rooms filled. Both landlords live on the premises, one in the master bedroom and one in the back house (which is a separate building attached to the garage). The house has a kitchen, living room, indoor washer and dryer and large backyard with an outdoor dining area. There is ample street parking and one space in the driveway for a vehicle. Bedrooms are unfurnished. Wifi and utilities are included.

We are withing walking distance to downtown Torrnace, and a nearby park. There are plenty of breweries in the neighborhood, and some of the best Ramen we've ever had.

Both landlords are engineers, and we have a wide variety of interests from brewing beer to yoga to dungeons and dragons. We do not have pets. We are both clean and like to keep the living areas tidy.

We are about 45 minutes from downtown LA in rush hour, about 20 minutes from LAX and 15 minutes to the beach.
