Room mate

I am a single mom and my daughter lived with me. I am looking for a renter/room mate that is well kept and organized. Not too loud and knows how to respect others and must follows house rules. The bedroom is big with double closet. Can fit a king size bed very roomy. Shared kitchen and the bedroom has a bathroom next to it; which u can use it exclusively for u. No overnight stay allowed like friends or boyfriend. A family member is allowed to stay but not more than 3 days only in a month. And renters should give me an advance notice if you ?ll have a family visitor that wants to stay. Must be a dog lover coz we have a pug. Security deposit is 1,000 and 1 month advance is 1000 one week before the moving date upon appove credit check. Laundry on site and gated complex with camera all around the premises.
