Private Bedroom with Shared Bath, Large Home+Pool

Seeking low maintenance, self sufficient roommate in a 1930s Spanish Style, 2,400 square foot home in quiet, safe, walkable Toluca Lake. Male preferred.

The Room: UNFURNISHED Single bedroom, approx. 13' x 12', 162 square feet with one closet, approx 4' x 2’ that stretches from floor to ceiling. Hardwood floors and two decent sized, north facing windows. A full shared bathroom is the next door down with separate tub and standing shower.

Single occupancy only, no couples, no pets.

The house: thoughtfully designed, fully furnished shared spaces include living room, kitchen, den, dining room, and beautiful backyard with oversized pool, jacuzzi, bbq and bar. We are four guys, two gay and two straight, of mixed ages, diverse lifestyles and professions, with varying schedules. Very respectful, quiet, and clean.
We are protective of the low drama, calm environment we have cultivated where we are able to be our authentic selves with no judgement. The house and neighborhood offer a real sense of escape in the heart of the city. While we are all social and enjoy entertaining this is by no means a party house.

Utilities are approx. $250 per month and includes internet/gas/water/elec/yard+pool maintenance. This amount varies seasonally.

Location: Central location off 134 / 101 / 170 freeways, in the shadow of Mt. Hollywood. Very pedestrian friendly area (walkscore of 83); walkable to Warner Bros Studios, Trader Joe's, Vons, Whole Foods, multiple eateries, FedEx/ups, banks etc. in the Village of Toluca. Quick drive to Disney Studios, Universal, Universal City Red Line Subway Metro, NoHo Arts District, Studio City, Burbank, Hollywood.
