Comfortable 2 bed room apartment in quiet area

My roommate is moving across the country at the end of July but I really like this apartment, so I'm looking for someone to take his place. The apartment is a second floor unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and large pantry. The living room is large with high ceilings and plenty of light. I'm looking to organize it a bit when my roommate moves out. There is a large balcony with some storage as well. Gated community with two covered tandem parking spots. The community has a pool, laundry room, and gym.
