Looking to rent a room and bathroom in our home
We are a family of 3. We are looking for someone to live in our spare room . The room has its own private entrance and restroom .The room is large 12x12. Two windows with lots of natural light . We just want a person who is responsible , caring, and quiet and is looking for a quiet place to call home . The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe . There is a grocery store with in a short walking distance as well as a couple places to eat and gasoline station. We don?t make lots of noise ever. If we do plan to have company we will give notice in advance. We believe communication is everything and are very reasonable.
