Luxurious private large room

The room has a queen size bed. There is a large gourmet kitchen and fridge. There is central air and heat, as well as privileged wireless internet , gas, electric and non-restrictive parking on the street. We also have a washer/dryer inside the house. A house keeper comes once a week. You are expected to clean up after yourself at all times.

There are three other male adults living in their own rooms. The house is very big and spread out so there is more than enough room for everyone to be in their own space. One is a business professional, the other is an engineer and the third is a busy behaviorist. Everyone is working and you should be working too.

We are 2 to 5 minutes from everything you can imagine.

Our home is a peaceful place, perfect for a person with an equally busy schedule, roommate manners and considerate. This is positivly not a home for people who are night owls, loud or party animals. This is an upscale neighborhood and we are a very happy well adjusted home. Friday, Saturday nights we allow each other to have fun but wrap it up by 11 or go into our own rooms.

Our new housemate must be dog friendly. If you are a person who doesn't like dogs THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR YOU. HOUSE DOES NOT SMELL LIKE DOGS OR SMOKE.

UTILITIES INCLUDED This includes Power, Water, Gas, Sewer, Trash, Gardner, and limited to, satellite, cable, high speed wireless internet, and housekeeper.

THIS ROOM HAS A private BATHROOM and an additional powder room.
