Private Room + Bath in a Super Convenient Location

Hey! I'm Josh. I'm 25, an editor who works in online video, and an East Coast transplant from North Carolina.

Looking for someone to take over the 2nd bedroom of my unit at the AVA Studio City. The room has a large closet and comes with a private bath (furniture is from a previous roommate, the room does not come furnished). Rent is $1380/month plus utilities.

It's a great spot: walking distance to Ralph's Fresh Fare (swanky!), easy access to the 101, 134, and 170. Large private balcony overlooking the river, washer/dryer in unit, multiple gyms/pools on the property, and more! The complex recently completed a year-long, major renovation, so the amenities and public spaces are all brand new.

5 miles from Hollywood, and a 10-minute walk from the Red Line (take a shuttle up the hill and you're at Universal/CityWalk, ride the metro one stop and you're on Hollywood Blvd). You can even see Hogwarts from the new Harry Potter park on the horizon!

I work 9-6 in Hollywood, so I'm usually home by 7. Most nights I'll cook dinner and then settle in to watch some Youtube/Netflix on the couch. On the weekends, I enjoy staying in with friends for movie nights and board games just as much as traveling and exploring cool spots/events around town.

While my room can get messy, I make sure that common areas are kept clean and I've got a Roomba that runs twice a week to keep the floors in order.

Looking for a fellow young professional who's reasonably clean, respectful of common spaces, doesn't bring the party home, etc. Ideally someone who's also looking for a friend to explore the city as well as hang out on the couch.
