The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, cable box, bed-side table, dresser, bookcase, desk, chair, and lamps. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, disposal, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The apartment has central heating & air. It is in a secure, friendly building on a very quiet street overlooking the LA River in Studio City. It is on the second of three floors (elevator in building).

The building features a laundry room on site open 24 hours a day, pool, cabana, BBQ area, and a serene courtyard. There is a walking trail on both sides of the LA River. The building is steps away from Ralph?s, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Five Guys, Jerry?s Deli, pubs, a bus stop, and shops & restaurants along Ventura Blvd. Whole Foods, Trader Joe?s, Vons and Gelson?s are also within a short driving distance.

The area is perfect! It's located on a very quiet street. The bedroom windows overlook the serene LA River and trail surrounding the river. A block away, you'll feel back in the city, but on our street, you'll feel like you're in a small-town neighborhood.

There is also a senior cat that lives with me but has not been allowed in the bedroom available for rent.

Rent is $1095 per month, which includes all utilities (including cable, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, electric, gas, water, and trash).

There may be no drug use, smoking, or additional pets in the apartment.

I am a single gay man from Alabama (Roll Tide!) who does not smoke or use drugs. I work full-time for a church in Hollywood until I get my break as an actor (I'm getting there!) I am pretty easy going and like to laugh, but I?m not a party person.
