Average sized room for rent.

Located In Whittier, I have a 3 bedroom home need to rent out one of the rooms as it will become vacant at this beginning of August, maybe a little sooner. It?s average size, can be painted the color you desire prior to moving in. The home has central air, nice landscape in the front and relaxing back yard. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, mostly families. Garage is currently set up as a man cave and we can possibly work out something where you can have a bbq once in a while, depending on the details. Also have work out equipment (treadmill, medicine balls, jump rope, dumbbells, weights, punching and speeds bags). I?ll have kids visiting every other week but they are well behaved. My GF will stay over on weekends some weekdays as well. All utilities included (Electric, Water, Cable, WiFi etc...). Home is near restaurants, bars, mountains, gyms, grocery stores and much more.
