Hello, we are currently searching for the perfect roommate to come live with us! We are ideally looking for someone long term, someone who fill fit in with us like a new member of our family, we are very close around here. We are ideally looking for a woman, but will consider any single person. We are located in El Segundo, just a mile from the beach. We are in a 3 bedroom apartment, so you'd be filling the 3rd room. You will have your own room, and share a bathroom with two females and have your own shelf and drawer space in there. You will have full access to the kitchen and have shelf and cupboard space in there as well. We are okay with a mini fridge in your room, or you're welcome to share the kitchen fridge with us. There is a laundry room on site and a laundromat in town if needed. Street parking. Smoking is okay outside. No other pets, seeing as we have cats (so you also must not be allergic, obviously) No drug use, and we will ask that you fill out a roommate agreement that I have written out and provide some proof of income (I understand its not easy during COVID19 but a bank statement or something will work, we can figure it out, we are pretty lenient people)

About us:
My boyfriend and I have the master bedroom and bathroom, and are both full time employees. We are both 26 years old. We enjoy fishing, relaxing after work with a cold beer, and playing video games, amongst many other things.
Our current roommate is amazing. She is 39 years old, and isn't home much, but when she is, she is usually cooking something good, and relaxing in her room.
My mother lives in the living room (by choice) and is a stroke survivor. She is 60 years old, and watches TV all day. She lost some speech function with the stroke but understands everything that goes on. She is an amazing woman with a heart of gold.
You are welcome to watch TV and use the living room to hang out and eat or whatever, as long as her space is respected.

We are a big family in this household and are looking for another "sibling" so to speak.

Rent is $1,000 per month and we need someone who is available to move in on May 1st (I know, terrible timing, right?!) Showing the room may be difficult but pictures and videos can be sent, or we will work something out in person, despite the quarantine (must take precautionary measures)
