-Private room with shared bathroom 3 BR, 2 BA house in Silverlake (because of the shared bathroom, females preferred)
-Safe and quiet neighborhood. Green with lots of trees, you feel like you're getting away from the city, great for walks
-Ample street parking
-Gorgeous view! We have 4 different balconies throughout the house, 2 of which overlook the city and hills
-Walking distance: 365 grocery store, Silverlake reservoir, Coffee shops and other restaurants
-1 year lease, move in July 15th - end of July
-Our landlord requires you to fill out an application, will conduct a credit check, and requests proof of income
-Wood floors, no carpet
-No pets preferred but will consider small, manageable, very well-behaved ones
-Washer and dryer in unit

About me: I am a young professional, female in late 20s working for a tech company in downtown Glendale. I'm very chill, low-key, with a steady 9 - 5 so home should mean peace and quiet. During the week I don't get home until very late since I'm always training jiu jitsu at my gym. Having that said, I'm happy to socialize when possible in the evenings chatting, occasionally cooking dinner, or having a drink. This house is great to have friends over to enjoy the view and have a drink on one of our many decks :) NO smoking, drugs, or high-drama divas.
